If it is your first time in Stockholm, figuring out where to eat can feel overwhelming. There are plenty of options, and not all of them are worth your time.
EatStockholm is a curated list of restaurants based on my own personal notes. These are places I have visited over time in one capacity or another, whether for a full meal, a casual lunch, or just drinks.
Every recommendation starts from firsthand experience.
Most of the content on the site is generated by an AI agent I run. That agent ingests my notes from a custom app I built and produces structured descriptions and summaries.
I then curate nd approve the output. The AI does not discover new places or invent opinions. It works strictly from my input.
The site exists both as a practical dining guide and as an ongoing experiment to explore what AI can and cannot do when applied to subjective, real-world topics like food.
The focus is on clarity, consistency, and usefulness rather than automation for its own sake. This post is an exception.
If you want solid, opinionated restaurant suggestions without overthinking it, EatStockholm is meant to be a good place to start based on my own personal experience laid out as a gist by an AI.
